“They were efficient and friendly with the booking of the bus many months ahead of the actual booking date and then again closer to the actual booking. On the day itself, the bus arrived on time and looked wonderful. The team looked after everyone they were transporting and the guests were thrilled with it.”

“Beautiful bus to take us (bride & groom) plus all our guests to our wedding. Really got everyone mixing and having great fun.....maybe the prosecco helped too! Driver & host we're excellent, friendly and helpful. Recommend this company to everyone for that special occasion.”

“Amazing service. Quick to respond to any questions prior to the day. The day itself we were able to fully enjoy the day and bus ride with our guests thanks to the team aboard who managed everything including taking care of serving all our guests drinks and top ups! Awesome experience and plus highly recommend!”

“We hired RouteMaster to transport our guests for our Civil Partnership. Dean was an amazing host keeping everyone topped up with drinks. The bus and crew got everyone in the party spirit, you couldn't stop our guests cheering at absolutely nothing!! Everyone very happy. “We recently hired a bus from Routemaster Hire to take our guests to the wedding reception. Everyone thought the bus journey through central London was one of the highlights of the day. Organising the event was a real pleasure with Jennie being exceptionally helpful. The two guys on the day were great and kept the drinks topped up! Great job - thank you Andy & Em”

“A Fantastic Day Out! We hired the routemaster to celebrate my husband's 60th birthday and took a tour around London. Jennie and Chris, our driver, were very professional and had a lovely friendly approach in welcoming us on board the bus and making sure everything ran smoothly. From the time of my first contact with Jennie she was so helpful, she listened to all our requests and made them happen effortlessly. The bus itself was in tip top condition and was a real credit to the company who have restored it to its original 1960s condition and it was surprisingly comfortable. Our 90 year aunt made it aboard and even went up to the top deck thanks to Jennie's patience and help. We hired the bus for the minimum four hours and with 20 people on board it was more economical than you might expect. Overall the day was amazing, even the weather was good to us and it was all a surprise for my husband and the look on his face as the bus came down the hill to greet him was an absolute picture!”

“an excellent experience for a group of 30 senior executives from the banking industry. everything was perfectly organised, no waiting at all, the bus driver chose the best and quickest route to get us to the destination through busy London centre. the administrative staff is friendly, quick in responding to emails and calls and easily adapt to last minute changes. upon arrival, they helped us to guide the group to the point of destination. a separate thank you to the guide! his stories on London history and architecture were very interesting and fun at the same time. lots of facts we have never heard of. his manner was entertaining and captivating! time flew really quickly. absolutely perfect! thank you very much!
