“I'm not one for reviews, but we are always quick to complain, but I felt I just needed to tell the world about Routemasterhire.com From start to finish the level of service was first class. Starting with Jennie in the office who made booking the bus such a simple and pleasurable experience. If I needed to change anything Jennie was more than happy to accommodate us if possible. On the day of our celebration the Bus turn up early, fully decked out with a wonderful personal blind at the front, The bus was clean and the driver 'Rob' was very helpful, giving us information on our route, and how long it might take due to traffic. It's the little things that makes something like this so special. This was a celebration of my parents 50th Wedding Anniversary and I couldn't have asked for a better service from start to finish from Jennie and her team. First class, and I would HIGHLY recommend ROUTEMASTERHIRE.COM to anyone who wants a trip down memory lane, with a bit of nostalgia from a highly professional company. Thank you”

“Fantastic way to start your wedding day. A big red bus waiting for you and your wedding party. Especially for the kids, my five boys and eight bridesmaid loved it. Got to sit in the drivers seat and ring the bell. Lovely to travel to the church in. And for the rest of the guests to enjoy aswell after the service to get to the venue. The staff were absolutely fantastic very accommodating and nice. My youngest keeps asking where his bus is. Left us with some wonderful memories on such a special day. So a massive thanks to Jenny and her team. Xxxxx”

“Jennie, and everyone at Routemaster Hire were all really lovely, from our first enquiry to the day itself. Jennie was very prompt at replying to our questions and liaising with the driver to confirm the route we wanted was possible. Many guests have commented on how much they enjoyed the journey in the vintage routmaster and that they loved seeing the London landmarks, so thank you Jennie, John, Chris and all at Routmaster Hire!”

“Routemaster hire were fantastic. We had the drinks service on board and it was very easy to organise the delivery of the drinks to them, they also provided us with options for their local Majestic for drinks delivery. I was a little concerned about the route the bus would take as the area we had our wedding reception is often closing roads and the roads themselves are very narrow and parking is pretty difficult even for a car. The driver made sure the route would be clear and contacted the council to check everything would be ok. Great service. The driver Dean was super friendly and even let us sit in the driver seat!”

“We had rented a routemaster bus for a Tour of London prior to my wedding and, as always, working with the Routemaster Team was a pleasure. The team was quick to respond in the run up to the event, the driver and guide were on time and friendly and they even allowed us to put a personal spin on the tour. Instead of just giving us a tour, Gary, the guide, wove personal stories from us into the sights so that our guests could experience London and what it means to myself and my now husband. When we hit traffic and couldn't go the way we had agreed, the team were quick to suggest a different, equally interesting route and still packed in a lot of the sights we wanted to hit. Everyone loved it and I am so glad we decided to hire Routemaster for this activity. A fantastic experience, as always!”

Dean the driver was great and myself and the team had a most enjoyable time and would not hesitate to recommend them. “Tip top. It was just as we'd hoped and the bus was waiting outside for us with Jennie ready with a smile. She sorted out the pouring of the champagne promptly and efficiently and we'd asked for a mystery tour for an hour around London before being dropped back off at our wedding venue. She suggested we stop for photos on Westminster Bridge which was a great idea and the whole ride was a marvellous and fun way for our guests to relax and have some fun whilst getting to know each other. Everyone was buzzing with excitement by the time we arrived for the reception. A super super and very professional service.”

“From start to end it was best experience me and wife and guests have ever had . The host was brilliant ,professional warm and funny all at same time just made our day even more special.We would recommend this to anyone because it's best feeling in world to have own bus with music ,champagne seeing guests so happy we had great day that will allways be with us ????????????”

“Absolutely amazing service. The bus was one of ours and our guests favourite parts of our day. The driver and Jenny were so friendly and the service provided was second to none. The bus was on time, drinks were promptly handed out and the drive was perfect. Everyone patiently waited whilst pictures were taken too. We can't thank you enough. Mr & Mrs Finnett :)”

“We had a fantastic experience with RouteMaster Hire at our wedding. The bus was immaculate our host was brilliant with the champagne, really friendly, helpful with all our buggies and luggage and the timing was perfect.
