Utterly terrible customer service Posted my iPhone in August to sell to a recycling facility. A week later it hadn't arrived so I tracked it and the tracking said, and still says, 'We Have It'. I filled out the long and very detailed form as requested, and received an auto reply saying we'll get back to you, which they did a month later, 'We're still investigating your claim...' etc., ect. Three weeks later I chased them up again and got another auto reply, then yesterday, over two months after posting the iPhone, I get an email saying, 'Sorry, you need to contact the business owner and confirm the phone is not there after seven days, for us to start an investigation'

Absolute amateurs. Countless times they lost my parcels, re-routed them by mistake or eventually sent them out to me with huge delays.

Not to be left out their website fails also . Can't recognise password Can't reset password as it isn't able to send a n email with new password ,can't even complain complain about such. As their form appears impossible to fill in.

I would give it no stars,every royal mail delivery is late. You receive an email for a day and they don't deliver when stated. Or the next day. Or the next. And on it goes.

The postman is great, rest of the company is an abject failure. Nasty little man in red van always puts card through my door and leaves without knocking or trying to deliver. He does this out of spite because several years ago I had to report one of his Royal Fail colleagues to the pigs for stalking me relentlessly for several years. The oinkers said I should stop intimidating my stalker by reporting him! So I cast a banishing spell on the Royal Fail Stalker and within weeks he met with a well-deserved injury and was never seen again.

"I’ve had a consistently poor experience with Royal Mail over the past few months. Packages have been delayed far beyond the expected delivery date, and in several cases, they were marked as 'delivered' but never arrived. I’ve had to chase down parcels and deal with unhelpful customer service who seemed indifferent to resolving the issue. The level of reliability has gone downhill, with no updates or explanations provided for delays. It’s incredibly frustrating to pay for a service that doesn’t meet basic standards, and I’ll be looking for alternatives in the future."

Royal mail collected my parcel at my flat and did not arrive to where it should be. I have emailed them and no response. So royal mail, any plans to return my collected parcel or deliver to where it should have been??? It’s like stealing!!

Hello. I want a REFUND of all £3.05. Three hundred and five pounds. I want to make a Complaint. 1st I paid for 2 day Delivery. It took a week 1 day. Different people said different things. Like, we will deliver it on the weeken. Then we don't deliver on the weekend. They after i open it. On the Tracker, it said it was broken. So why Deliver it. I paid for a new 1. So Now I TOLD. I must Deliver it elsewhere before I can get a refund. I Didn't do anything wrong. Delivery guy had a pully to deliver it to me. I Don't have a call or a delivery pully. Whatever is called with wheels on it. So I must pay for a taxi to have my broken item returned. I would like you to pay for it because I didn't do anything wrong. I cannot move it alone? I Didn't bring it to my house. I Shouldn't have to pay to have it taken to wherever it has to go to have it redelivered to the people who broke it. Please if I don't hear for you. I guess. Legal action lawyers is the next step. I prefer to shop. This new way Obviously, does not work. I did nothing wrong. I made an order. Some 1 else Messed it up. Now I'm Majorly inconvenienced. Thank you Absolutely nothing Regards Very unhappy.

Mail posted in Market Harborough 7 days ago still not arrived. Subscription magazine due last Wednesday - not arrived. Subscription due Friday - still not arrived. Contact with Royal Mail (if I was the King I would, rapidly, dissociate with the shambles that is Royal Mail and remove thr Royal title.) is so difficult - obviously hiding... I clicked on 1 star that ws only becaise there was not an option to give no stars. I wonder if this is all about reducing costs so that a take over looks more attractive! A simply awful Company.

Sent a small light parcel from London to south Ireland paid £15 for tracking . Two weeks later not delivered. Tracked online last destination shown was Greenford on day I sent two weeks earlier. Tried ring numerous numbers but can’t actually talk to anyone. Left holding on for30min just abt to hang up when someone answered and informed me later that my parcel was at customs at Heathrow which is a normal procedure with international parcels with Royal Mail. My advice DO NOT SEND PARCELS ABROAD WITH ROYAL MAIL

This branch is terrible,opens whenever they feel like it,I’ve been many times after 9am for it to be closed yet again,getting fed up of this happening since the new people took over.To the guy behind the counter=it wouldn’t crack your face if you smiled occasionally ,no interaction not even a hello,I hate going in here now

I have had several bad experiences with royal mail, currently I have 2 packages with royal mail and they have refused to deliver them to me. They keep giving excuses each time I call without paying for damages. I won’t use them again.

On the two occasions I decided to utilise RM's free collection of a package, both attempts have met with failure. Thinking collection would be easier than driving to the nearest post office, I have been sucker punched again. No collection or information forthcoming. A waste of time. Thank you RM for letting me down a second time. Hopefully your new owners will put this slipshod 'collection service' in its place.

First of all let me start by saying that I am happy with the postman but having to deal with customer services is horrible. A parcel with a UPS label was taken by the postman and it was never returned or handed back to UPS. I requested assistance via customer services and the advised me that the parcel has been delivered to Zara and to go look for it myself 😀 Absolutely disgraceful is what customer services are.

Today the Royal Mail returned a package to my home that I thought was lost. It had been sent to an address in London but unfortunately there no one collected it. When we shipped it from Frinton mistakenly we had not written our sender address! So after many weeks the tracking number was informing me that the parcel had been sent to the National Return Centre in Belfast!! Back in Frinton at the Royal Mail office suggested to call this centre and a very kind and helpful Mr Dami traced and sent the package back to me! Today was delivered to my home by Mr Connor! Thank you Royal Mail and Team! You are the best! Anna xx
