“Paid extra for sunday delivering and tracking,,,all tracking said was out fir delivery 7,30 to 7,30 waited in all day 5.00 got a email attempted delivery please refer to royal mail site..thwy definately didnt attempt and because obviosly the driver had enoigh just clicked attempted delivery i didnt get a red missed you card so i didnt know were parcel was ....went local office they shut only opwn 8,00 to 10.00 went next morning couldnt find it told me go to headoffice in town promised they open till 1200 got there they shut havent a clue were my parcel is just a rubbish job they doing”

It is just a letter not heavy not a complicated address why does it take this long. £3.25 for the privilege. “Royal Fail consistently fails to redeliver mail as promised.
Furthermore, I was relentlessly stalked by a Royal Fail employee who would film me on his phone and loiter outside my house outside working hours.
As an elderly vulnerable woman who is terminally ill, this was utterly terrifying. Made repeated complaints to no avail. Reported him to the police twice to no avail.
Eventually, out of desperation, and fearing for my personal safety, I cast a banishing spell on him and he disappeared within 10 days. Thank you baby Jesus.”
