Christmas presents on Royal Mail 48hr delivery tracking service. Due for delivery on 19th December and as of 3rd January the gifts have still not been delivered. Terrible service and the tracking is no help at all.

Item not delivered despite text messages from Royal Mail Had an item sent by 48 hours delivery from a company via Royal Mail on 29th December.

Wouldn't leave even one star if I had the option. Absolutely rubbish service and one line support. Dishonest information provided. Royalail give a disgrace 12hr delivery window then state attempted delivery when owner was in the property the whole time. No card left to advise delivery even attempted. Walsall D O should be investigated

Stolen parcel! Expected my parcel 2 weeks ago! Stated they delivered but they did not! I worked from home and have a ring door bell! Prompted on app to request redelivery, opted for my local Post Office as surely someone would be there.

Both 24 and 48 hour delivery are in no way gauranteed, you pay extra but can't claim anything if it's late and have to wait i believe 9 days after the delivery date to claim for it as lost, which is insane as you send it 24/48 because you want it there quickly.

Very bad have a Christmas card delivery and it was open and money was gone and went to Ardwick customer service I tell me they were sorry

absolutely the very worst company i have ever known in my life ,parcels constantly late,loosing work because my stuff is not arriving on time ,lying customer services if you can eventually contact them ,smashed parcels ,says unable to deliver or pick up when its already been delivered or pickef up.you wouldnt mind so much if they took responsibilty for there massive mistakes and excuses ,we have now several migrant workers for postmen who cannot even find the correct adress,total shambles of a delivery company
