“Terrible service was told 3 times to come meet up for a trade and each time my order wasn’t ready because you where out of stock. Then I asked how I would be compensated and got nothing. This will be my last time ordering from you”

“*BEWARE* They do deliver for the most part. However: I've ordered here before and it went smoothly. But this last time was just sketchy and it took like 4 hours for me to get my delivery. I was told incorrect instructions for taking pictures of myself and my ID. Then After I went through that HUGE hassle of getting all the details right and retaking pictures etc, I was told that the website was out of stock. It literally says on the front page that they have billions in stock! That is a lie. I had to wait 4 hours so they could restock and because customer service is just sub par. I gave them a chance to redeem themselves and asked if they would compensate all the time i'd lost. They said sure and gave me $0.35 of in game currency. Really? Compensating me 35 cents for the horrible way you dealt with my order? I was just very disappointed and it left a bad taste in my mouth spending so much time trying to get my order.”

“Well the service was fast and done' but you used the gold off my account to get to 99 magic, when I clearly paid for you guys to use the runes, thus left with 22 mil when you had the account with 66 mil soooooo not to pleased”
