“I purchase a lot from here.... I forgot to add chest on checkout by mistake because I was rushing as they didn't have gold ready for 1 hour.... I asked to get my chest added after and they wouldn't do it absolute joke the amount of money I spend on here, will be going elsewhere from now on.”

“I bought 20 chest and just felt like it's def rigged somehow. If I would have bought just gold I would has gotten almost 50mil. How do u buy 20 chest and not get one good chest?”

If you prefer certainty it's better to buy that item directly whether it's gold or something else from the range of items in the chest.
