“The repair the car was booked in for could not be completed, due to wear and tear and age of the car, however I was told you had spent significantly more time on the job than you could feasibly have spent. Although I was told I wasn't going to be charged all the hours it was claimed were spent it was still more than I felt it could have taken to not complete the job. I did agree to pay for 2 hours labour and the part which I though was a much more realistic amount.”

“My Boxster was given a 60k service. I'm impressed with RPM because it was evident that they properly inspected the car. I know this because my car's front right wheel has a very small buckle which can only be detected by very close inspection. These guys picked up on it a wrote it down on the list of advisories along with other items. I've therefore come away with confidence in my car by knowing that they have properly checked it out.”

“Well, I’m absolutely chuffed. The level of all round care and attention from the entire team at RPM afforded to me and the work performed on my car wass exceptional. The customer care and communication with me throughout the process was excellent and I couldn’t be more pleased. My car will remain in the care of RPM for as long as I have the pleasure of owning her, as they really impressed me. Trust me when I say that you won't get the same level of service and commitment from a main Porsche Dealer that you will with the team at RPM. A massive thanks Daryll”

“Whilst I am satisfied with the overall service (replacement clutch on my 987). The communication prior to the work being carried out could have been better. For example, I was quoted £1020; however, the final bill came to £1800 (flywheel also needed replacing). I now understand that this is a requirement when replacing the clutch on my car and accept that the work needed to be done. However, I maintain that this should have been communicated to me when I requested a quote. After some phone calls back and forth price was dropped to just under £1600 (not sure why £200 could be dropped immediately but now complaining, although it does make me question where the original £1800 came from)? To be fair, I have used RPM before and the service has been excellent, I intend on using you again but would appreciate all the costs up front please so that I can properly budget for the work.”

““I’d deliberated on giving my Mk1 996 C2 to RPM to do some CSR work for about a year. Finally when I made the decision to go ahead I’m now wondering why I waited so long. Sharper and more precise the CSR upgrades have made a noticeable difference to both handling and performance. “”

“I made an appointment nice and easy and met Lucy in sales. Lucy had arranged for me to be picked up at Cheddington train station as I was travelling from London without a vehicle. She gave me a tour of the site. We test drove the vehicle and went through the extensive vehicle history. Lucy was very helpful. The vehicle came with a six month warranty. On the second day of having the vehicle the drivers seat belt locked and was stuck. I contacted RPM and returned the vehicle to them, they fitted a new belt all in an hour and a half. All fixed under warranty with no quibbles. The only frustrating part of dealing with RPM is that I wanted to speak with Graig in the work shop about the seat belt but the only contact was by E-Mail. This can be annoying and frustrating. Overall happy though.”

“I bought from RPM because I wanted peace of mind as this was going to be the first Porsche I had owned. This has so far definitely been the case and I am really pleased with the car. When unfortunately the window regulator snapped they sorted out a replacement at a garage closer to where I live through their warranty programme. I would highly recommend RPM. Lucy in sales was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Thanks again to all at RPM.”

“The overall experience was reasonable. There was a lot of work done on the mechanicals of the car to get it to good order, including a full service. The only real let down was agreed body work issues were not carried out as agreed and I have had to return the car for this, currently being done. This was disappointing as RPM is 60 miles away and basically mean 3 return car journey in total as someone has to come with me to take me home and then take me to collect the car”
