“Hello, I ordered a Seiko auto 5 on 9/8/21 and my watch arrived on 9/18/21. The watch is just as expected and packaged very good but it isn't free shipping. I would have given it 5 stars but I thought the shipping should have been faster.”

“I've just bought an Orient Bambino gen 2 watch from them. Great price. The order process was a bit nerve wrecking since I immediately got an email saying my billing & shipping addresses didn't match, when a screen shot showed they clearly did. When the order was shipped, the tracking reference wasn't recognised by Royal Mail. After a lengthy wait, I emailed Creation, who investigated but couldn't help. Luckily the watch arrived. I'm not sure whose fault it was - I suspect Royal Mail. Creation Watches were helpful and the price was great. Apart from the minor sanfu's above, the service was fine. The watch was as described, arrived in a nice bag, and looks great. It keeps time within the manufacturers limits (checked daily against the Royal Observatory website), and was in perfect condition. I would happily buy from this company again, but I'd like them to check the shipping references more carefully to increase customer piece of mind. I'd also happily recommend them to friends.”

“So far very good. Price and product are good and genuine. Check out is easy & hassle free. From sale to dispatch was 2days (pretty quick in my opinion) Shipping was very fast 3-4 days to Australia via DHL...even delivered on Sunday.”

“Recently purchased my eighth Orient watch from Creation, this one was a blue / orange 'kanno' sports diver. I have not had any problems in dealing with Creation, either with delivery or the quality of the watches themselves. I have a modest but well chosen collection of watches, both vintage and modern, if I am buying a particular watch, I always check Creation first. I cannot fault them!”
