The boots came in great time double boxed.
The boots were of a very superior quality, and fitted true to size.
My wife being a uk 3.5.
I would give a 10/10 if it was possible,as these boots were made in Portugal.but came from a French distributor. Which was not an issue as the leather is great quality.”
“I cannot praise this company enough, how refreshing to receive such good customer service. I ordered 5 pairs of sandals all were lovely quality, and a good price in the sale. Only one pair fit. The only pair that fit had very slight damage for which I was offered the option to return them and receive a full refund or keep them with a very generous discount. I opted for the discount which I received in one day plus the cost of my delivery! I returned the other 4 pairs and my refund for the 4 pairs was back in my bank account in 4 working days! Customer service have people that answer the telephone and speak to you.....not Bots, or emails that are the only point of contact other companies offer. Like I said earlier, really refreshing and a pleasure to do business with.....I will certainly be using Rubbersoles again.”
