“I was under the impression that these were new take off lug nuts! I expected there to be a small amount of wear but what I received was lug nuts that had dents on the end of the caps, the finish on the sides was not good either. Very black and discolored certainly not what I would put on my Jeep!! I'm sorry to say that I will not being anymore business with you in the future.”

We received your email about us sending the wrong product at 11am on Saturday the 21st. Monday the 23rd at 2pm our shipping manager reached out to you saying:
"I apologize for the inconvenience. I sent this to SWS and am waiting to hear back from them. I will let you know as soon as I get a response from them."
We didn't hear back from you so he sent another email on Tuesday the 24th saying:
"I called and talked to SWS yesterday, they wanted me to email them. Email sent yesterday and this morning. I just wanted you to know I'm working on this, and still waiting to hear back from them. I apologize for the delay."
You just respond with:
"Got it —thank you for the update."
I would say we handled this with the upmost urgency and kept you in the loop every step of the way. I know it's frustrating to receive the wrong part and we are very sorry that happened. Please send us an email and let us know what we could have done better in this process. 1 star hurts but we're always striving to do better. Thanks for the feedback.
I'm very sorry for the faulty product. This item does not require drilling to install. Please contact shipping@rubitrux.com and we will warranty the item. Next time feel free to give us a call or send an email if something doesn't seem right. It sounds like it was damaged in shipping.
