Great product, really helps to fill the void between the grill and bumper once you add a winch and remove the cheap plastic stock filler.

I was pleased that my order shipped quickly and arrived when promised. the winch came first, two days before the mounting plate and I began to worry. I called the number you furnished but no one answered, I left a message and no one returned my call. The hardware I got wasn't complete in that some nuts were missing and there were no bolts or nuts to mount the fairlead. I also think that a link to a YouTube video for installation would be helpful. The positive is that I got the winch and was able to install it and it runs fine.

We are very sorry to hear that. What number and option did you call? We never leave a voicemail unchecked or without a callback. If the correct hardware wasn't provided in the box, please let us know before installation and we can make sure to follow up with the manufacturer to get your problem taken care of.

I have bought probably 15-20 worth of stuff from Ben .. most knowledgeable person I have encountered on keep aftermarket parts… not sure what I would do without him!!! Great employee! You should give him a raise!

A representative from RubiTrux called me to get some additional information about the Jeep I was ordering a product for to ensure I received the right one for my vehicle. Amazing customer service! I really appreciated the call, as it would have been very disappointing to have received the product only to find out it wasn't the correct style for my vehicle.

Haven’t had a chance to put the take off suspension onto the Jeep however I’m very impressed with how quick RubiTrux shipped everything. Will definitely buy from again in the future.

Brent, Sorry to hear that you feel like you weren't taken care of. With these Tazers, the one you were sent was mispackaged from the manufacture, and instead of contacting us first, you contacted Tazer directly and paid to upgrade the mispackaged product. You also failed to mention to them that the product you had ordered, had been mispackaged. (Had you notified Tazer about this when you had called, they would have upgraded the Tazer programming for free.) You then requested a refund from us, for the upgrade you paid directly to Tazer. We are not able to refund money we did not take from you in the first place. If you would have contacted us first, or even explained the situation to Tazer, you wouldnt of had to pay for upgrade. We pride ourselves on customer service and responded to your request in an extremely timely manner. We were able to explain to you that exactly how to be reimbursed for the extra money you had spent and apologized for the inconvenience. There was unfortunately nothing different that we could do.
