Brent, Sorry to hear that you feel like you weren't taken care of.
With these Tazers, the one you were sent was mispackaged from the manufacture, and instead of contacting us first, you contacted Tazer directly and paid to upgrade the mispackaged product. You also failed to mention to them that the product you had ordered, had been mispackaged. (Had you notified Tazer about this when you had called, they would have upgraded the Tazer programming for free.)
You then requested a refund from us, for the upgrade you paid directly to Tazer. We are not able to refund money we did not take from you in the first place.
If you would have contacted us first, or even explained the situation to Tazer, you wouldnt of had to pay for upgrade.
We pride ourselves on customer service and responded to your request in an extremely timely manner. We were able to explain to you that exactly how to be reimbursed for the extra money you had spent and apologized for the inconvenience.
There was unfortunately nothing different that we could do.
