“One touch sunscreen was ordered and delivered, however it was the incorrect product and now your company is not assisting me with getting this corrected. Very frustrating.”
We received your email about us sending the wrong product at 11am on Saturday the 21st. Monday the 23rd at 2pm our shipping manager reached out to you saying:
"I apologize for the inconvenience. I sent this to SWS and am waiting to hear back from them. I will let you know as soon as I get a response from them."
We didn't hear back from you so he sent another email on Tuesday the 24th saying:
"I called and talked to SWS yesterday, they wanted me to email them. Email sent yesterday and this morning. I just wanted you to know I'm working on this, and still waiting to hear back from them. I apologize for the delay."
You just respond with:
"Got it —thank you for the update."
I would say we handled this with the upmost urgency and kept you in the loop every step of the way. I know it's frustrating to receive the wrong part and we are very sorry that happened. Please send us an email and let us know what we could have done better in this process. 1 star hurts but we're always striving to do better. Thanks for the feedback.

Your order shipped the same day of purchase. Unfortunately we do not have control over extended shipping times to Canada. Please refer to the tracking number that was provided to you March 1st. It looks like the item was attempted to be delivered yesterday. If there is anything else we can do to help make this right, please let us know.

“Wish to return this item does not fit my needs ,we talked once and was told I could return the item, asked how ,you said I would receive a email with instructions and nothing has arrived yet and it has been almost 2 weeks”
“Product works great. The top on my was broken and wouldn’t stay closed. When I contacted the company I was pretty much told it was my bad luck. Very disappointed in the customer service. I guess they figured they had my money already, no reason to help. I haven’t recommended this product for that very reason.”

We have tried to reach out to you multiple times to try to get this issue addressed for you. The instructions for all of our products are located on the product page, on the website. You left two bad reviews for our company but haven't given us an opportunity to correct the issue for you. Nor have you reached out to us, to address any problems.
