All of our Maximus-3 Products have the installations guides on the product listing, on the website. We do this to cut down paper waste.
Also there is no screws or bolts included because the product re-uses two of the M10 factory Torx Screws from your bumper, there is no other hardware required for install. It is an extremely straightforward and easy install.

Had a little hiccup with the shipping, hadn't been shipped after like 4 days, but when I called to check status they were very helpful and got the products out the same day. Customer service was both responsive and helpful, just had the shipping delay for some reason, but I'll be doing business here again.”
“I ordered this product it never arrived. It was lost by fed ex. I contacted your shipping dept and sent all the required information and was told I would receive an email that day updating me. That was last week. No email, no update. Spoke with Cory today and he let me know that my package would be delivered by UPS today...and indeed it was. Cory also reached out to see if the package was delivered. Thank you Cory & RubiTrux for resolving this issue quickly.”
Brent, Sorry to hear that you feel like you weren't taken care of.
With these Tazers, the one you were sent was mispackaged from the manufacture, and instead of contacting us first, you contacted Tazer directly and paid to upgrade the mispackaged product. You also failed to mention to them that the product you had ordered, had been mispackaged. (Had you notified Tazer about this when you had called, they would have upgraded the Tazer programming for free.)
You then requested a refund from us, for the upgrade you paid directly to Tazer. We are not able to refund money we did not take from you in the first place.
If you would have contacted us first, or even explained the situation to Tazer, you wouldnt of had to pay for upgrade.
We pride ourselves on customer service and responded to your request in an extremely timely manner. We were able to explain to you that exactly how to be reimbursed for the extra money you had spent and apologized for the inconvenience.
There was unfortunately nothing different that we could do.

Overall happy with the product and the look. Well made and very sturdy when installed. However took longer than expected to install due a couple issues…
- While the mounting bracket screws screws fit the product, they didn’t fit through the Jeep’s frame hole, so had to drill the hole a little bigger in the frame. Then screw wouldn’t go in all the way so had to drill hole through another part of frame so it could fit down securely.
- Only 2/3 holes allowed for the top bumper mounting screws to pass through. The third one had part of the bracket blocking the screw. Had to cut screw down by 1/8-inch and wedge a nut under the bumper to help the screw fit securely.
Gave 4 Stars due to extra work and time involved having to make sure it mounted securely to my specific Jeep, which may have been part of the issue for that.”
“Well the product I received was great but I thought I was getting a package deal, that it would all come together so I received the winch one day after ordering the mounting plate I received the next week”
