“I had trouble finding the shiplap in local stores for my project but at the end I found RUBI. The website is amazing, you can search easily and you have all the information, details you need. They know their products, they know what they sell. I mean you can see the professionalism here. Customer support is very friendly and helpful. The wood itself looks good, straight and smooth. The only thing I could mention, some of the boards are a bit shorter, like 1cm or so, but honestly you can expect that. I will definitely l buy again for my next shed or similar project. I can only recommend RUBI uk!”

“If you use a Company once and they’re poor you never use them again. I have now used this Company for the 3rd time each time I was well satisfied with the service. Far better than my local store for wood and price.”

“Over the lastv3 months I have been building a shed / summerhouse, on the 3 occasion I have ordered cladding the quality of the larch has been fantastic, with the delivery within 72 hours, on the forth occasions I ordered some cedar and the quality wasn't as good but this issue was resolved straight away with extra cladding sent within 48 hours manybthanks to Adam who was top notch in dealing with my complaint. Great customer service would recommend.”
