“The product was what I wanted at a price which suited, but the best thing about my order was the delivery. I was able to see the driver's live location so I knew exactly when he was going to be at my front door. I don't understand why all deliveries are not done the way this company does it. Very professional.”

“Very impressed with Ruby UK. I had a question last Sunday re. delivery and it was answered straightaway. The delivery arrived on time and I was constantly updated with the delivery time. The product is exactly as described. A great company to buy from and would strongly recommend using them.”

Hello We are extremely sorry to hear this about the delivery. I am now making enquiries with the courier company as to what happened here as they are not allowed to delivery past 9pm to our customers. Our sincere apologies once again for this. Kind regards

“Easy ordering, great service, planters were delivered far quicker than the 10 - 15 day timeline that was quoted when I ordered them. I was able to track the driver and see how many drops there were before mine. He was friendly and polite and carried them into my garage for me.”
