“So placed my order and it arrived when expected. But one of the items I received was different to what I ordered. I contacted Ruby and they delivered the correct item the next day. Friendly, professional and polite. Excellent service.”

“Very happy with the product and customer service. The only issue was with the delivery driver. She had a bit of an attitude when I asked if she had something to cover the wood as it was raining. She then asked with an attitude if I'd been told to make sure there's someone here to help unload. We only had confirmation of delivery on the day and my partner works and wouldn't be able to take time off that last minute.”

“Very quick and well-packaged. The product is very well made. Unfortunately XS was too large for my cavapoo who is not a particularly small dog. However I can't fault the customer service team who have issued a very prompt refund. Would use this company again.”

“Really efficient and fast delivery. Only down side was wood was wet and some frozen and as it was for inside the house (loft) we had to dry out 20 2.4 m of wood !!!”

Hello - we are very sorry that you are not happy with our postage charge. For orders over £50.00 this is free to most UK postcodes. I can see it was just one item that you ordered and so that is why you were charged our minimum courier fee of £15.00 as this item is too large to send with Royal Mail. Kind regards Nikki
