“Very good quality gate, made to order, ordering process easy, delivered in around 2 weeks at 7.10 in the morning. Also made quite local to me in Devon so nice to support the local economy.”

“Ordered some cladding from Ruby. Delivered on time but had a couple of boards damaged I sent an email and Ruby sent me replacements right away. Would definitely use again absolutely brilliant service. Thanks again Ruby”

“No problems. The timber I ordered was good and straight (no bananas). It arrived the day they said and was delivered by a very polite young man. I think that the prices are possibly higher than some other places but the costs included delivery.”

“I've bought a lot of fence posts, gates and iron-mongery in the past month. I found it easy to order from the website, engagement when I did have questions, and delivered to my door. Only thing missing was having to go somewhere else for fence wire and mesh.”

“The goods that I ordered were delivered ahead of the expected date, were of excellent quality and exactly what I needed. Although they were not available when I first went onto the website, they came into stock within a couple of days. I wouldn't hesitate to use Ruby UK again.”

“Best timber supplier in the Uk. I’ve dealt with a lot recently having embarked on a garden and house makeover. I’m in Glasgow and Ruby headquartered in the south of England were able to fulfil consignments more efficiently than our local timber suppliers. And a special word for Nikki in customer services responds to emails on weekends and 7am’s on other day. Ruby really does have the customer at the centre of their success. I will definitely do business with them again.”
