“Purchased 2x 3.6 Mtr 6x1 inch planks plus a 1.8mtr section to make up the price for free delivery. The two long planks were of good quality, but the short piece was almost scrap given the number of holes and knots. However, the very helpful lady at Ruby resolved the matter to my full satisfaction. Overall, i am very happy with the level of service i received, the quality of the wood purchased and the price.”
