Hello Mr Samuel We are extremely sorry that you haven't received your whole order - we have now emailed you with tracking to show the remainder will be out for delivery to you today. We do apologise but our courier had quite a few split consignments over the Christmas period and it looks like this is what has happened here. “I purchased fence posts from Ruby. There was an error on delivery which, it transpired, was down to the courier. Ruby were very responsive, their system immediately identifying the issue, and the shortfall made good the following working day. Product good quality hence 5 stars”

“Great quality gates, quick delivery. Be nice to be given more notice of when item delivered as mine just arrived one day ( thankfully I had a day off work). Good prices, will definitely buy from Ruby again. 4.5 out of 5. Brilliant. Gates wrapped up to prevent any damage, delivered by the best couriers.”
