“Happy with product and delivery”

“Quick delivery and no-fuss shopping experience. Would have been good if the caps had been individually wrapped (just a single layer of bubble round each would have done), as the products got a little scuffed in the box they were shipped in from knocking against each other.”

“Goods received as expected. Delivery within the timescales. Overall very pleased with the service and would use Ruby again. To get 5 stars it would have been nice if the order number stayed the same throughout. I received a delivery notification with my order number on which was completely different to that given when I placed the order. This then prompted me to get in touch to ensure the correct order was being delivered. I was told it was due to the orders and deliveries being on different systems.”

“Quick service, good customer contact through their online service and a solid pair of gates! Ruby would have received 5 stars but delivered to the wrong address which wasn’t a problem for me but maybe for others! Will certainly buy from them again!”

“Product was very good quality, customer Service guys very good and responsive, only downside delivery- Trackpod are used but delivery guy did not use it so I was initially told 7-9am but 3.30 he arrived, parked outside then all the delivery info came to my phone 🤷”

“My order was shipped quickly but they stated that an email would be sent to me when the order had been dispatched, I never received such an email, the first thing I knew that the order was on its way was when Tuffnells sent me an email on the same day of delivery. Good thing I hadn't arranged to go out.”
