“Quick delivery and no-fuss shopping experience. Would have been good if the caps had been individually wrapped (just a single layer of bubble round each would have done), as the products got a little scuffed in the box they were shipped in from knocking against each other.”

“Goods received as expected. Delivery within the timescales. Overall very pleased with the service and would use Ruby again. To get 5 stars it would have been nice if the order number stayed the same throughout. I received a delivery notification with my order number on which was completely different to that given when I placed the order. This then prompted me to get in touch to ensure the correct order was being delivered. I was told it was due to the orders and deliveries being on different systems.”

“We ordered sawn cedar for our garden room from Ruby UK; the cedar is described as ungraded so I ordered 20% extra; the cedar is beautiful and we have been able to use all of it! I would highly recommend Ruby UK for Cedar, amazing value for money, excellent quality.”
