“I have used Ruby a few times for wood as they have a much bigger range than the usual DIY stores and I was looking for some extra long pieces. Easy to use the website and good customer relations if you do need to phone for any reason. You also get a timed delivery slot which saves you waiting in all day. I will use again in the future.”

“My order was shipped quickly but they stated that an email would be sent to me when the order had been dispatched, I never received such an email, the first thing I knew that the order was on its way was when Tuffnells sent me an email on the same day of delivery. Good thing I hadn't arranged to go out.”
