“Very helpful salesperson. My first order was made on Amazon. It arrived with in stated time quality very good. Second order was direct with the company very pleased with their response to my request. As yet I have not received my order so can’t comment on quality.”

“Every time I have bought timber from Ruby UK it has been of exceptional quality. The wood is always dimensionally accurate and has no warping. This gives the confidence for distance selling methods as I have spent some time in local DIY stores looking for straight pieces of timber for projects.”

“I have submitted a complaint as 1 hurdle was brokenn on delivery ? Can I have replacement ....I've already emailed this request My delivery was done twice as first was incorrect product”
