“Really efficient and fast delivery. Only down side was wood was wet and some frozen and as it was for inside the house (loft) we had to dry out 20 2.4 m of wood !!!”

“Great quality gates, quick delivery. Be nice to be given more notice of when item delivered as mine just arrived one day ( thankfully I had a day off work). Good prices, will definitely buy from Ruby again. 4.5 out of 5. Brilliant. Gates wrapped up to prevent any damage, delivered by the best couriers.”

“Quality of the shiplap was very good ,delivery was good the only problem was the shiplap was going in a summerhouse so I had to dry it out for 5 days as it came very wet, otherwise good..”

“I have given 4 because when the wood was delivered it was absolutely soaking wet through & very dirty in between the boards. Apart from that they are drying out nicely & im happy with the quality. PS Hope they dont warp once dried .......”

“Automated response for initial order, with 5-10 day delivery time, but zero communication after order. They only found my order after I called 15 days later. But shipped quickly and track order gave good detail on delivery time. Product arrived and was as described.”
