“Was very dubious as found Ruby via FB, wow, what a service, all of my future timber requirements will be sourced from Ruby for sure, fantastic customer service, great pricing and delivery was examplary and industry leading, delivered to a very rural location, vehicle got stuck, driver didnt lose his sense of humour and happily assisted unloading, truly fantastic service.”

“If it was stated at the time of ordering that delivery was to kerbside only (and not even kerbside outside my home - neighbour's kerbside), then iI missed it. Fortunately, very helpful driver took pity on me and helped me get stuff into the garden.”

“Everything about Ruby UK has been excellent. Customer service was so responsive, both by email and text to keep me informed about delivery. I was so impressed, particularly during these pandemic times. Quality and pricing of products really excellent and I have had responses to all queries almost by return. “Ordered 2 timber 6x6 8ft post ...gate and fittings I got the posts last week and they are 7.4 ft....a week after I got the gates...still waiting on the attachments...very poor..messed my week up annoyed my customer....called them twice and still waiting on a call back.”

“Price and quality of materials were good. Just what we needed. 4 stars, not 5 as I delivery was not straight forward. After 6 working days of waiting I sent an email to enquire after my order, no response received. Several days later, I had a a call to arrange a delivery from the pallet company. Delivery took 10 working days in total.”
