“I ordered 36 planks of treated T&G Redwood. Arrived when expected but 9 were damaged in transit. I sent an email with the damage as photo attachments as it was too late to phone and also phoned customer service the next day. Customer service were very helpful and arranged to get replacements sent out along with an extra three planks. These arrived in good condition a week later. Great customer service. Planks are just what I required.”

“I ordered some 3m feather edge cladding - I purchased for a private project. Order arrived in good condition, within a matter of days and by a delivery driver prepared to go that extra bit to drop at the rear of my property and not the 'kerbside' as many advertise at the moment. Would purchase from this company again.”
