“While the products were exactly what I was looking for and at a good price, they took much longer to arrive than advertised and I had to chase delivery via the phone. When I did so they told me they would call me back, and didn't, opting to email instead. They were advertised as arriving in 10-15 working days, and in the end I ordered on the 31st March, and they didn't arrive until 29th April.”

“Ordering was fine and delivery timeframe good. Was potentially spoiled by the courier dumping the items outside our business opposite the road without notifying us. They could have been stolen and we had to reload them and take them the correct place onsite.”

“I just took delivery of 18 Deluxe Decking Planters for a roof-terrace project. They arrived promptly and exceeded my expectations in terms of quality and build - they looked much more robust than the more expensive planters I'd seen in garden centres. As they were going on a roof terrace, I had a number of questions after ordering regarding the weight of the planters and the volume of soil they would hold to ensure that the terrace had the structural strength for the load and the Customer Service department was very helpful. I'll need some time to ascertain how they last but my initial impression of the build quality are that they'll last a very long time. No hesitation in recommending this company.”

“Ordered 3 "H" posts over the lock down restrictions period and was amazed and very pleased when they turned up only a few days later. Notification of their arrival was very good as you can track the delivery driver's route right to your door. Fantastic service. Well done Ruby.”

“Excellent customer relations. The member of the team that took my order was very engaging and had good product knowledge. His advice regarding the wood was spot on and the summerhouse facias look brilliant! Thank you. The wood itself was good quality, sturdy, unwarped. Planks are tidy, flat and tightly secured for delivery. Delivery is swift from time of order. Considering the Corona Virus situation I certainly didn't expect such proficiency. Driver very polite, helpful and communicative. He kindly placed the planks inside the back gate, realising I was unable to lift the planks myself. Thank you, very much appreciated. I have placed several small/domestic orders for wood with Ruby UK, and I can honestly say I am very glad to have discovered them.”
