“Went to lunch with a friend and a kid of 15. Two adults ordered only the salad bar and the kid ordered the salad bar and cheese sticks. The salad bar was disgusting> The corn salad went bad, the fresh peas were slimy, the lettuce was frozen and stuck on the bottom of the serving platter, the dressings were overflowing and incorrectly labeled and not labeled at all, the offerings and selections were not appetizing to even look at. The kid ate the corn salad and thought it was "supposed to taste spicy". After 2 hours she was throwing up everything and I'm certain it was the corn salad as well as the slimy peas she put on top of the frozen lettuce. She didn't know. I didn't know the items were bad until she had already consumed her plate.Then the bill came to 45 dollars!!! No way am I or my friend ever going back there. YUCK>”

“The Ruby Tuesday in Roanoke Rapids NC. They are very unprofessional. The host took her time seat people. Then we waited for about 5 minutes before I drink order was even asked for. Then we order appetizer and they came out with our meal that took 40 minutes. I will never revisit again and this was on 5/31/2024”
“The Walterboro, SC carry out experience was TERRIBLE! Ordered 45 minutes before getting there (they said it would be ready in 15), but due to traffic and weather – I was delayed. They told me I had to wait… Was shook another 20 minutes… And the person working had no interest in trying to expedite the people waiting on Cari out. They were ringing out other people and told us we had to wait. Meanwhile, I had already paid, and tipped, and there was no interest in customer service. The order was not ready and not separated from people dining in the restaurant and other carry out orders – with no organization. All “piled up” in one area with no organization. The expediter was screaming at the chef over the food (no mask and basically spitting on the plated food) that was uncovered on the plating station. The bar and waiting floor was so disgusting with bottle, cap and wet substance… That place should be shut down or revamped! I threw my food away…”
“My husband and another couple meet at Ruby Tuesday's twice a week because we love the servers and the food (the Ruby Tuesday in Royal Palm Beach, FL). It is our second home because of the way the employees treat us - your food is also delicious. Please keep up the good work because we enjoy every minute we spend there.”
