“I bought my son a special watch to celebrate his graduation, the service at rudells was exceptional. I was referred there by a jeweller in the jewellery quarter and was advised to ask for Lee. He was simply brilliant, helped me choose the right watch, ordered it and called me when it arrived. It was such a great experience when collecting the watch, much better than ordering from a chain jeweller. The watch was adjusted in store so it could be worn straight away. It was a fabulous experience for my son and he absolutely loves his grand seiko. I wouldn’t hesitate to return to rudells.”

“Excellent service, when the necklace I bought turned out to have already been sold already, Ruddulls quickly came back with alternatives, and offered a further discount. My necklace arrived yesterday, wrapped up perefecrly ready to give as gift.”
