“I wanted to love my rug but had to return. It arrived with corner damaged. But it was so thinyou could see the underneath thru the color of the top. When I brought I to their attention they acted like the corner wasn’t a big deal and thought I just didn’t like the rug. I purchased the rug new and expected no flaws or damages. The manufacturer thankfully gladly excepted the return”

“The rug is OK overall, however I am really disappointed in the color. It is not truly light pink; it is peach. That is definitely not the color I was looking for and it is not the color pictured.”

“This is an honest review to God review written by a real human being, I swear. I bought my rug during the Black Friday sale, heard nothing about shipping for a while, and assumed that this was a scam. The site asks you to rate the site/ write a review every time you open your order tab-- which is a bit wonky if you ask me. I saved my review until I actually got something in the mail, which is why you're reading this now! I got my rug-- and it is fabulous! It was everything I had expected, and for an amazing price. The customer service is also great, however I don't believe they operate on the weekends. If you're thinking about buying from here, go ahead! It's worth it!”

“First of all this rug is not 8x10, it is 7’7” by something, have not unrolled it all the way yet, as I have a bit of troubleshooting to do. Also the first page of 5-star reviews I just read sounded fake”
