“received product, but the color was not anywhere near what was indicated on website. Was very disappointed and called for a return label to return product. I was told that I could return the rug, but the burden of cost to return would be mine. The cost to return the rug was going to be $85.00 and the rug was $161.00 originally. I can't believe that Rugs Done Right would not stand behind their product. No customer service....don't buy from them unless you have seen the rug in person before ordering.”

“I'm still waiting on the first rug I ordered. Hope it will be here soon. I just ordered a runner and it was supposed to take 2 to 3 months. I received it yesterday, which was a surprise. Haven't opened it yet, but hopefully it will be okay.”

“No communication regarding order status since order was taken. Been 6-8 weeks. Money taken at order placement. Plenty of ads or email to buy more...why would I buy more if you can't deliver first order?”

“I received my rug last night. Although I had no idea it had even shipped, I love my rug! I would just suggest sending an e-mail when it ships & also ring the doorbell when it’s delivered. I stepped outside my garage last night to pick- up another delivery & was shocked to find the rug laying in my driveway. Today, I moved all my furniture out of the den & put down the new rug. I couldn’t be happier! I’m 71 yo & very proud of myself. Thank-you!!!”

“Finally got my beautiful rug after enduring several months of waiting on its arrival from some backed up port😩 But Rugs Done Right ALWAYS answered my questions and reassured me along the way, and I appreciate the way they handled a tough situation which was completely out of their control. My rug is AMAZING!!!!”

“Great selection of carpets & rugs, and it was easy to order online. The only downside were the options offered for rug pads, which are very expensive at Rugs Done Right, prompting me to buy those elsewhere. I haven't received the rugs I ordered yet, but they were shipped very promptly and should be delivered within a few days. I highly recommend buying your rugs at Rugs Done Right.”

“I think this would have been a better review if Rugs Done Right had communicated more often about the shipping delays. I realize that there is a special situation with shipments now, but this requires that sellers communicate more frequently with customers to reassure them. I had to initiate contact with Rugs Done Right both times that I communicated with them during the delay.”

“The order took many months to arrive, and in the meantime, we thought we'd cancelled it. We were sorry to see it arrive as we have no use for it, but we had so many other issues to deal with it at the time, we didn't have the energy to figure out how to return it.”
