“I ordered an extra-large rug. The company shipped it nice and compact without any extraneous packaging that could make it hard to bring upstairs. The rug is strong and durable. It didn't have any odor and settled flat over 2 days. Five stars for the prompt, convenient delivery & the nice quality”

“Disappointing. Unfortunately, the colors in the rug looked quite different than they did on my computer monitor. Since the rug was on sale, I was unable to return or exchange (I didn't catch that part when I placed the order or I never would have spent that much money on something I couldn't return or exchange). My fault for missing the very fine print, but it does seem like a design company should at least offer exchanges on sale items.”

“I was so happy to receive this rug yesterday! All of the other retailers were out of stock and it was reported to be a discontinued style. I was cautiously optimistic that you had it in stock and it actually shipped the next day! I couldn’t believe how quickly it got here. It’s beautiful!”

“The rug itself is beautiful (5 stars). The colors are perfect... not too bright and not too muted. BUT, the rug size was advertised as 6'7 x 9'6; but the actual size is 6'6 x 9'9. My room is 9'8, so the rug is too wide. I don't want o downsize to the smaller rug, so my plan is to take it to a local binding shop and have it resized and rebound. I asked Rugs Done Right to offset the cost, but their response was NO, and the advertised sizes are "estimates. Just ship it back if you don't want it." Why can't they reimburse the shipping cost towards the resize?? Customer service (1 star).”
