“Absolute nightmare to deal with.Purchased rug from them now trying to get the money back as rug never arrived.”

“I ordered kids rug on 4th of December, its 17th and never been delivered. I've got tracking number and PDP said, they never received parcel from Rugs supermarket. Houpfully I will get my money back. Stay away from them !!!!!”

“Yes bad experience. I want to send it back because is not what I was expecting and they said I have to pay for a return.Not worth of it I will lose lot money.Will never try to buy anything from Rugs Supermarket.”
