“I received my rug a few weeks ago and I’m more than thrilled with it. It’s such good quality and super soft. I ordered online but called Rugstore NE with a few questions before I purchased and they were extremely helpful. Would thoroughly recommend!”

“After being disappointed in the service from an online retailer resulting in cancellation of our order, I happened upon Rugstore NE where I found the same rug. I contacted them by phone and checked the stock levels. I was called back twice with stock levels info and expected delivery times. These calls were followed up with e mails keeping me informed of the progress of my order until the rug was delivered today. I would have no hesitation in recommending Rugstore NE for their excellent customer service and friendly service throughout”

“I ordered from the website but I was quickly informed that the rug was no longer available. The saleslady said she would try to source it elsewhere, She did and I received the rug very quickly and at a very good price. Good service overall.”

“This underlay is fantastic. Purchased it to go under 2 mats which have been sliding quite a bit on our laminate flooring. Since using this underlay there's been no movement at all. Does exactly what it's supposed to do, highly recommend. Very quick turnaround on order too, which just adds to experience.”
