“I'm totally in love with this rug!. Exactly what I wanted, the colours are great and I couldn't find the design anywhere else. Was a little worried about buying a rug on the net however constant updates from rugstore and promt delivery I couldn't be more pleased. Yes it's a very deep pile shaggy rug and I have a dog but I don't care and she seems to like its depth too, so will be well maintained.”

“Despite being told there would be a slight delay in receiving goods due to demand, received order in following two days!! Very satisfied with service and quality goods. Would highly recommend this business and intend to do further orders with them.”

“Great service. Wasn't expecting my delivery until end of January and they managed to get it to me before Christmas! Kept me up to date with progress several times on the phone. Great, personal, friendly service, and a great product too. I'd recommend them to anyone.”

“lovely rug but I would have like to be told you cannot vacuum this rug,being disabled I will find it difficult to clean by hand.”

Hi Barbara, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, You can vacuum the rug using a cylinder type cleaner or an upright with adjustable rotating beater bars as long as the brushes are set to the high position. With the type of rug you have purchased you should not vacuum with the beater bars set low to the floor.
