“Purchased rug but on arrival found it to be full of 'static' due to the surface of floor adjacent to rug, after contacting supplier who was most helpful and understanding, we replaced it with another type which we have found to be most suitable. Will certainly recommend for quality and service.”

“Service was very good and I was kept informed by email on a regular basis. I loved the rug I ordered and it met almost all my expectations apart from the colour was much paler than it was on the website, but appreciate that colour images can vary considerably it would be helpful to maybe have a note re the colour variation on the website.”

“I rang through with my order, but also needed some advice and the gentleman that helped me was very friendly and efficient, ringing me back with alternatives etc. The rugs arrived perfectly the very next day and were exactly as described. “Having bought rugs from other online retailers recently, and been let down, either by quality of the product, or debiting the money from my account and not delivering the actual item, not in stock at the moment! I was a bit dubious, but from the intial ordering to the actual delivery I cannot praise this service highly enough. Excellent, thank you.”
