“Excellent service. Immediate response to order saying that the rug was on its way to the warehouse. Then about 3 days later a message saying that the rug had been despatched with a 24 hour courier. The following day the rug arrived. Good price, good quality, no issues.”

“I searched for ages for a hall runner with no success until I found the great selection on RugStore NE and I was delighted to find just what I was looking for. “Wanted a cheap rug for the living room as used as play area for my baby. Bought Ziegler 7709 which is great value for money and looks great. Was worried that it would feel really pasticy but it is fine (obviously different to a wool/silk rug). Delivery was very quick would buy again from this company.”

“Service was good no issues with delivery etc, however, the quality of the product is poor particularly considering what I paid for the product. I paid close to double for this rug than I did my previous rug, but it is nowhere near the same quality. Very disappointing.”
