“Beautiful rug which didn't disappoint and very speedy delivery. Very well packaged too. Only negative observation I could think of was delivery a bit costly to Isle of Man, however would not stop me buying again. Thank you.”

“This is the third rug I have purchased from Rugstore NE and have always been impressed with the service. The rugs are of good quality. As yet I have not unrolled my new rug as I am waiting until I have finished decorating but I have no concerns I feel sure it will be great.”

“Had a bit of trouble with entering card details so phoned direct. All sorted in 5 mins, rug was in stock and arrived next day as promised and with a V.A.T invoice....excellent”

“Brilliant Service 1st class. We wanted to purchase 2 large carpets. We tried other suppliers with no success in getting size and colour.They did not have in what we required but phoned me back in 10 mins they located some for us and were delivered to us 6 days later postage free & 10% off”

“An excellent shopping experience. A vast selection of colours, types and sizes, easy to complete purchase . Was told what was happening all along the way.
