“Prompt and informative email when item ordered. Kept "in the loop" about arrival of item to their distribution premise and about deliver. Less than a week between me placing my order and delivering it. Product is as expected. Very pleased and would use RugStore again. My item was also a little less expensive than at another major online company.”
