“Slow delivery but excellent communication. When the rugs arrived they were excellent quality and look great in my hall. Would use Rugstorene again.”

“Excellent from start to finish, great communication about when product was in stock, despatched and delivered. I bought the geometry rug and would say the colours are less vivid than on the website but this was a good thing for me. If I had to say one negative, it would be the underlay was not cut to fit the rug.. all in all though 5 stars will definitely buy from again.”

“Fantastic company with quality products. They truly value their customers as well as their reputation. I've placed two orders so far and noted the care they took to even cut the underlay for a large sheepskin rug to fit perfectly. I also love that they communicate properly regarding delivery and do what's best for you, not them. How refreshing to deal with a business with values and respect.”

“I was so happy with this company and the goods they provide. The website it clear and easy to use. Once ordering the rug a memeber of the team called me to tell me about the delievery date and was so nice really helpful. the rug itself is beautiful really good quality. Im telling everyone about it and would defo use the company again. 5star service”

“Excellent service, my rug was with me within 4 days. The company sent e-mails advising me exactly where my goods were and when to expect them. No complaints whatsoever. “This was my first experience with Rugstore and it has proved to be a total success. I have just this minute unrolled the rug and it is perfect in every way. “The NEStore responded to my order with great promptitude and kept me informed of its progress. I have been using the sheepskin in bed to help prevent bedsores. It looks and feels like a quality product and thus far has proved very satisfactory. I shall await .with interest an attempt to wash in a machine according to the instructions”
