“I purchased a rather large rug,the quality is very good looks just like the photograph it came when it was supposed to packed well and for the size of rug it is a very good price,I would not hesitate in using the rugstore again”

“Happy with the product bit it didn't come on the day it was supposed to. I phoned and was told it would be between 8-4 the next day. It came at 7.25! Not a very polite man!!”

“got my rug I love it but it is to small but phoned rug store and they ordered a bigger 1 and when they deliver it they will pick up the smaller 1....great service I would recommend the to anyone x”

“the rug is lovely , and as stated on the website. My only gripe would be the parcel delivery firm you use. I took time off work to make sure i would be in for the delivery, stayed in all day, nothing turned up, checked the tracking number to find it saying the delivery man had tried to deliver and had left card! Rung them up and had to rearrange for following day, there was no apology for inconvenience, or that he had left card at wrong address. It was delivered the next day, but the deliverer was a very rude, miserable individual.”

“Delighted with rug. Excellent quality and value. Only one small issue with our our summertime lime rug is a transfer of "glitter" material to the kids clothes after they lie on the rug. Hopefully this with decrease over time.”
