“I am very happy with the service I have received from RugStore NE. Ordering and Shipping: My rug was delivered exactly 7 days after I ordered it , and I was kept informed of the progress of my order by email , including the delivery day, which was very useful. It arrived promptly, was well wrapped and had obviously been handled with care during shipping. Description: The rug fitted the description on the website and is of good quality. Great value for money! I will definitely be using RugStore NE again and would recommend to those on a budget looking for a great carpet.”

“Having looked at the Artist Black Multi rug on a lot of websites, not only was RugstoreNE the cheapest, but also delivered free to the UK, including the North of Scotland. None of this "remote area" carriage charges that others are profiteering from. All ordering and dispatch information was e mailed, so that I knew what was happening with my order. Keep up this 1st class customer service. Will most certainly be placing orders in the future.”
