“Order the rug on the Tuesday afternoon, and it was delivered without problem by lunchtime on the Wednesday. Fantastic service. Excellent product, at £35 under the price at a local store. Great!”

“Rug looks just like the photos on the website. The pile is thick and dense. I wanted this to go on a ceramic floor in the family room so I bought the suggested underlay, being rubbery in texture it will be hard to slip around. The colours of the rug being varied will match any paint colour or accessory in the future. Communications and customer service are excellent combined with a speedy delivery by a courier with notified timed slots and choices that they stick to.”

“I was nervous I had chosen the right rug as I hadn't seen it in person, I read the description of the rug and took the chance and I'm very pleased I did, I absolutely love it, my husband approves and my 2 year old daughter rolls all over it! “I was in quick need of an extra large rug and found the rugstore to have the biggest selection online. Once ordered I received confirmation and direction on how and when the rug would be delivered very quickly with accurate and updated times. When delivered I was very pleased with the quality as it was better than I had expected. Would definitely recommend!”

“The rug I ordered was out of stock but I was kept fully informed throughout. It wasn't long before it was ready to be dispatched and even then the service was seamless and perfect. I was given notice to the hour as to when the rug would arrive. I was extremely pleased with the rug when I did receive it. It was exactly the shade of colour I anticipated and the online pictures gave a very accurate idea of the product. Perfect all around service.”
