“I was very happy with customer service ay rugstorene, especially when i had difficulty ordering on-line. Staff are so helpful, and have excellent people and customer service skills. The company also keep you updated about your product and expected delivery. The product arrived well packaged and was very good quality. Rugstorene ara an excellent company to deal with, where good communication and courteous staff make any transaction a very pleasany one. C. Bradley Ireland”

“Speedy delivery. The product is as expected, looks good quality. The only problems I notice are that the rug had a stain, but only on the bottom so no big deal. Also, the corners are still turning up at the end because it was rolled up for so long. Maybe it should be rolled the other way when stored, so the corners want to turn down instead.”

“The initial service and delivery were very quick and the rug was of good quality. Unfortunately it wasn't quite what we wanted so had to make a return - this was at our cost (over£10) even though Rugstore have an account with UK Mail so surely could have arranged pick up?”

“One of my best online shopping experiences ! Was easy to navigate website, open account and place order. Order confirmed, then delivery shedule provided. Product arrived after two days on standard delivery which very efficient. Rug looks same as website and quality appears good, but as yet cannot comment on longlevity. I would reccomend this company to others after my experience !”

“Excellent service - one phone call to query my payment status, resolved very quickly. Rugs confirmed as in stock and were delivered exactly when we were told they would be. If more rungs are needed we know where to come. Thank you.”

“I was a little disappointed initially because the rugs took a lot longer to arrive than I was expecting, but the customer service was second to none. They agreed to send underlay for the rugs at no cost to myself for the delay. I would certainly recommend the company to anyone. A very happy shopper !!!!”

“Excellent - kept well informed and delivery was when expected. Very satisfied with my rug - exactly as I thought it to be. Delivery firm supposedly called. No card was left to say he couldn't get a reply - I have my doubts he called. Anyway the rug was delivered next day.”
