“My order has been out for delivery by courier for 2 days, yesterday the courier frustratingly could not find my address although I've given my contact phone number for him to call. I'm still waiting for it's arrival on the following day. Very disappointing that it's still not arrived at 7pm although I was told it would be here by now. Please advise.”

I am very sorry that you have problems with our couriers and I appreciate your frustration. We will hopefully have the issue resolved by the end of today and we will contact you later to confirm this. “2nd buy from RugstoreNE, always a good price and very good when it comes to delivery, you do have a say in when and where you want your items delivered, so that's good. Found the last rug to be of good quality and as we've bought the same one (had an accident with the other) we are expecting the same.
