“When I ordered my rug it was out of stock. I was advised of the situation and offered a refund if I didn't want to wait for new stock to come in. I said I would like to wait for the rug which should arrive tomorrow. Very good customer service.”

“I was very impressed with how quick and efficient the whole process was. Being emailed an ETA straight after my order was refreshing and I liked having the ability to track my order online. The rug came the day after I ordered it which was absolutely brilliant. It is great quality too and looks great in my house. I will absolutely be using rugstore again and will be recommending them to others.”

“I found rug store NE staff very friendly, helpful and polite. The rug I wanted was not in stock so had to be ordered and was delivered in Two days and I was able to track the delivery throughout. The service was quick and efficient and I am definitely recommending them. Wish there were more like them.”
