“I didn't receive an order acknowledgment after placing the order.My experience shows that most companies generate an email almost straight away,which prompted me to phone you the following day.My mind was put at rest by Alison who sent me a confirmation that day.Apart from that I was kept informed of the delivery of my order and was very pleased with the price and quality of my rug and so is my wife,it was a gift for her.”

“The service was excellent from start to finish. The product on screen was even better when it arrived and I am more than pleased and satisfied with the new rugs. The communication was good too with the various e-mails informing me when my order was placed, when it was despatched and when it was due to arrive. Overall it was an excellent service.
