“Very soon after placing my order online I was advised of a delivery date for my rug which would have been only two days later. The date suggested was not suitable but was efficiently rearranged by RugStore following a request by email. I am delighted with my sisal rug which is great quality and looks beautiful. “On placing my order I received emails to confirm order had been received almost immediately - then a further one to say order had been dispatched and a time period when it was due to be delivered which actually happened as promised.All this within four days of placing my order - excellent service which is so nice to see these days.The slip mat I purchased gives fantastic grip to the lounge rug - no movement whatsoever.Will use Rugstore again.”
