“Great website, friendly phone service, great delivery service -text message on the day providing an hour slot. Good quality rug, colour as on picture daughter loves it. I would definitely buy from them again.”

“ordering was easy, even though the item I wanted was not in stock at that moment I was kept informed of its progress and on its arrival at the rugstore it was dispatched straight away to me. The quality of the rug was very good”

Hi Sharon, Thank you for bringing this to our attention, I have tracked your delivery online, your was scheduled to be delivered on Friday 27th March. According to the couriers notes the delivery was delayed due to a vehicle breakdown and the delivery has been rescheduled for Monday 30th. We will check this with the couriers first thing Monday morning and contact you with an update. regards Tony

“Good quality and absolutely beautiful!!! It is in a high usage area and is still looking good. some strings broke, but with 4 children/toddlers dancing and jumping on it, it is still doing ok. (I do not however allow any eating on it though! That won't work.)”
